Being a graphic design major, the favorite part about designing for me is the finished product. I consider myself a huge perfectionist even though I don't like the idea. The challenge of not only designing something that I feel looks great but what the client needs, is what fuels anything that I do or may end up doing in future projects. I find that my design process is nothing super new or unique, but it works for me...My design process is actually quite simple. I start with the objectives that need to be met for a piece and I make a check-list of them. Once I finish either a prototype or a rough layout of a
design, I go back to that list and make sure everything gets checked off, and make adjustments, so that the next version will be better and more effective than the last. Although I am more into digital design, both print and websites, my other classes give me a chance to try whats out there and open my mind to newer processes and techniques for producing art.One thing that I like to think is unique about me is that throughout middleschool and highschool, I was never really into taking art classes, but I was an okay drawer and was also very interested in online design and teaching myself photoshop. So, I developed a passion for graphic and web design during the summer and knew that after getting better and better at it that this is what I wanted to do for a career.

After looking at your blog I noticed how you pay attention to little details. That is an important part of becoming a successful artist. I really enjoyed your typography and design in your world combat league project.
I think you made an great comment about how you keep your mind open to print and web also. I think that a great designer is able to cross over and have experience in everything.
Your last three images really jumped off of your page when I first looked at your blog. Obviously the colors are extremely bright and catch the viewers eye, but even after the initial look, taking a closer look interested me more and more. Like Channa said, you really pay attention to the little details, and in those images the closer the viewer looks, the even more they get drawn in. This is a great quality to be able to bring out in your work, because not only does it grab people's attention, but it holds them as well which is arguably just as important.
You do a very nice job with the composition of your pieces. I really like your advertisement for the glasses you do a nice job of showing just part of the product which makes the viewer want to see more.
